Welcome to CoHire.com (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a SaaS platform operated by Nicheton Consulting LLP, located at 91Springboard, Dharuni Residency, Mahadevapura, Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru 560037, Karnataka, India.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, where users sign up to access and utilize the free or premium features provided by the platform. Users are solely responsible for their own activities, posts, interactions, and outcomes while using the platform. CoHire does not deliver or guarantee any results related to user actions or performance. All interactions and engagements on the platform are user-driven. Users pay to access the premium features and tools available on CoHire, not for assured services or outcomes. To ensure a fair and secure environment, and to manage subscription plans effectively, CoHire enforces limits on features, usage or user activity. These limits are also in place to prevent misuse and protect the integrity of the platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use our Service. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Definitions
"Platform" refers to CoHire.com, including its website, mobile applications, associated products, functionalities, features and services.
"User or Users" include Job Seeker, Hiring Manager, Staffing Agency, Recruitment Agency, Bench Manager, Recruiter, Influencer, Startup Founder or Co-founder, Content Creator, Freelancer, Service Provider, Consultant, Candidate, Company, Training Institution, College, Placement Coordinator, or Training Institute.
"Content" includes but is not limited to job posts, images, videos, articles, comments, reviews, likes, documents, resume, recommendations, and any other material shared by users.
"Account" refers to a registered user profile created to access platform services.
"Service" refers to all functionalities and features provided by CoHire.com.


1. Account Registration and Security
a. You may need to create an account to access certain features.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
c. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Pricing Policy
This Pricing Policy governs the subscription fees, billing terms, and other financial aspects of using CoHire Premium.

a. Subscription Plans & Pricing Structure
1. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
2. We offer both free and premium (subscription-based) features.
3. CoHire.com offers a tiered pricing structure under the CoHire Premium brand.
4. You have the option to choose the pricing plan that best suits you.
5. The pricing plans are designed exclusively for individual users.
6. CoHire offers four different plans. 1. Forever Free, 2. Mini, 3. Essential and 4. Professional plan to cater to wide variety of users.
7. These plans are currently available only in India. Expansion to other regions will be announced in the future.
8. Pricing and availability may change over time.

b. Subscription Payment Terms
1. Subscription fees are charged monthly in Indian Rupees (INR).
2. Payments must be made via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or other online sources available via the payment gateway.
3. All subscriptions are prepaid.
4. All plans automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Users will receive a reminder before renewal if applicable.
6. CoHire may offer limited-time promotional discounts, which will be communicated via the platform, email or relevant channels.
7. Any discounts applied to the first billing cycle will not carry over to renewals unless explicitly stated.

c. Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Refund: We are confident you will love CoHire.com, but if you are not happy, just let us know within 2 days of your first payment, and we will give you a full refund. Kindly note the terms of refund below:
a. To be fair, refund is applicable only if the user has not use the subscription quota.
b. If the event, user has consumed the subscription quota either partially or in full, in such case refund will not be applicable.
c. After 2 calendar days (i.e., 48 hours), payment is non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime.
d. Refund is not available for unused time, or partial days after the 2-day window.
e. Refund is not available for renewals.
f. Unconsumed quota will not be carried forward to renewals.
2. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. To cancel, users must access their account settings or email support at support@cohire.com

d. Price Changes & Modifications
1. CoHire reserves the right to modify subscription prices at its discretion.
2. Users will be given at least 30 days’ notice before any price changes take effect.
3. New pricing will apply upon the next billing cycle after the notice period.

e. Taxes & Additional Fees
1. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, etc.).
2. Users are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their payment gateway or provider (if applicable).
3. CoHire will provide an invoice with applicable tax details upon request.

f. Usage Limits & Overages
Each plan comes with specific feature limits, including
1. Content postings
2. Profile views / downloads
3. Messaging limits
4. AI-powered features
5. Instant hiring modules
6. Leads generated
and more...
If a user exceeds their allocated limit, they may be required to:
1. Upgrade to a higher plan.
2. Wait until the next billing cycle for limits to reset.
3. Pay overage fees, if introduced in future plans.

g. Suspension & Termination for Non-Payment
1. If a payment fails, the user will receive a grace period of 7 days to update their payment details.
2. If payment is not received after the grace period:
a. Access to premium features will be suspended until payment is made.
b. Users may be required to reactivate their subscription manually.
c. Repeated non-payment may result in permanent account restrictions.

h. Enterprise & Custom Pricing (Not Applicable)
1. Currently, CoHire Premium is designed for individual users only.
2. Enterprise or Custom pricing will be introduced in near future.

i. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
1. Any billing disputes should be reported to support@cohire.com within 7 days of the charge.
2. CoHire will investigate disputes and respond within 10 business days.
3. This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in courts within the jurisdiction of Bangalore, India.

j. Miscellaneous
1. CoHire.com reserves the right to update or amend this pricing and subscription policy at any time.
2. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or the CoHire platform.

3. User-Generated Content
a. You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or share on the Platform.
b. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license touse, distribute, modify, and display your content as part of our Service.
c. You must not post content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy
a. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
b. You must not harass, defame, threaten, or abuse others.
c. You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the security of the Service.

5. Guest Mode or Free Access to CoHire.com
a. Users may access CoHire.com in Guest Mode, where they will have ‘limited’ access to:
1. User Profiles
2. Company Profiles
3. Jobs Page
4. Social Posts
5. Trending people or content
6. Available Features
7. Available Bench Resources
8. Articles
9. Custom search across the above

b. Some features may be restricted and require users to sign up or log in for full access.
c. CoHire.com reserves the right to modify Guest Mode access at its discretion.

6. User Responsibilities
a. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
b. Users shall post only original content and shall not use copyrighted materials without proper authorization or credit.
c. Users must ensure that their content is accurate, truthful, and does not mislead others.
d. Fake, suspicious, or misleading content shall be restricted or removed at the discretion of the platform administrators.
e. Users shall not engage in activities that violate any applicable laws, including employment laws and intellectual property regulations.
f. Users must not impersonate other individuals or organizations.

7. User Profile Terms
a. Users can upload their professional resume.
b. Users can provide career information, including job requirements, skills, expertise, competencies, and compensation details.
c. Users can specify notice period, type of job, employment type, and mode of work.
d. Users can add experience, past job roles, past companies, certifications, and course information.
e. Users can include education details, interests, hobbies, languages, and location preferences.
f. Users can rate or provide feedback on the above attributes.
g. Users retain the right to update or modify their profile information at any time.
h. Users must ensure that all uploaded information is accurate and not misleading.
i. Users are responsible for ensuring their resumes do not contain false, misleading, or confidential information.
j. CoHire.com does not verify the accuracy of resumes and is not liable for any misrepresentation by users.

8. Job Application Terms of Use
a. Users applying for jobs must ensure that the details provided in their applications are complete, truthful, and reflect their actual experience, qualifications, and credentials.
b. CoHire.com does not guarantee job placement and is not responsible for the hiring decisions made by employers or recruiters.
c. Users should conduct independent research and background checks on prospective employers before accepting any job offers.
d. CoHire.com strongly advises users against making any payment or financial transactions in exchange for job opportunities. Any such requests should be reported immediately.
e. Employers and recruiters posting jobs on the platform must ensure the authenticity of the job listings and refrain from misleading job seekers.
f. Users acknowledge that job applications submitted through CoHire.com may be reviewed and stored by employers and recruiters as per their internal recruitment processes.
g. CoHire.com is not liable for any employment decisions made by employers or job seekers.
h. Users must not attend physical interviews with suspicious companies or those that do not provide sufficient information.
i. Users should never pay money for job applications. CoHire.com does not promote or participate in taking money for job applications. Users must report any individuals or companies charging money for jobs using CoHire.com’s name.
j. CoHire.com reserves the right to remove job applications that violate these terms, contain false information, or do not align with ethical hiring practices.

9. Job Posting Terms
a. Users must ensure that job postings are linked to an existing company on CoHire.com.
b. Job descriptions must be clear and concise, providing enough detail for job seekers to make informed decisions.
c. Jobs posted must comply with employment laws and ethical hiring practices.
d. CoHire.com reserves the right to remove job postings that are fraudulent, misleading, or violate platform policies.

10. Article Terms
a. Users can publish articles on CoHire.com for public viewing.
b. Users must provide proper credits for any analysis, advisory, or references taken from other platforms or users.
c. Articles must adhere to professional standards and be relevant to recruitment, staffing, career development, industry trends, or related topics.
d. Users must not post plagiarized or copyrighted content without permission from the original owner.
e. CoHire.com reserves the right to remove articles that violate platform guidelines or contain misleading information.

11. Create Page or List your Business Terms
a. Users can create pages for their businesses or companies to list and promote their business on CoHire.com.
b. All information will be provided voluntarily by the user, and this page will be made public for other users to view.
c. Jobs or people who link their professional experience or work experience to this company or page will be available for public viewing.
d. Any user who uses such page names or tags jobs to this page will have the job listing available for other users to view and apply for.
e. Additional related content about the company may be available for users to view, including company details, job postings, employee information, and other business-related content.
f. CoHire.com is not responsible for any incorrect information posted by users on business or company pages.

12. Resume Terms of Use
a. Users uploading resumes on CoHire.com must ensure that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and free from misrepresentation.
b. Resumes must not contain any misleading, fraudulent, or confidential information that could compromise the interests of any party.
c. CoHire.com does not verify or authenticate the information contained in resumes. Employers and recruiters are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
d. Users acknowledge that resumes uploaded to CoHire.com may be accessed by registered recruiters, hiring managers, and employers based on platform settings and user preferences.
e. CoHire.com is not responsible for any misuse of resume data by third parties and strongly advises users to be cautious when sharing sensitive information.
f. Users may update or delete their resumes at any time, but CoHire.com does not guarantee the removal of previously downloaded or accessed copies by third parties.
g. CoHire.com reserves the right to remove resumes that violate platform policies, contain inappropriate content, or fail to meet professional standards.

13. Referral Terms
a. CoHire.com provides users with the opportunity to refer their friends, family, colleagues, or other individuals to join and use the platform. By participating in the referral program, users agree to abide by these Referral Terms of Use, which form part of CoHire.com’s Terms of Use.
b. Any registered user of CoHire.com may refer others to the platform.
c. The referred individual may be a job seeker, recruiter, hiring manager, staffing professional, company representative, freelancer, or consultant, whether they are within or outside of CoHire.com.
d. The referred individual must create a valid CoHire.com account and comply with all Terms of Use to qualify as a successful referral.

14. Social Post Terms
a. Users may create and share posts, including text, images, videos, job listings, business updates, articles, career insights, and professional discussions on CoHire.com.
b. All content must be relevant, professional, and in alignment with the platform’s purpose, which is hiring, job-related networking, and professional engagement.
c. Users must not post misleading, defamatory, offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content.
d. Posts should be original or include appropriate credit for third-party content, ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws.
e. Ownership & Responsibility:
1. Users retain ownership of their posts but grant CoHire.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, display, and promote their content within the platform.
2. Users are solely responsible for verifying and maintaining the accuracy of their posted information.
3. CoHire.com is not liable for any misleading or inaccurate content posted by users.
f. Restricted Content & Conduct: Users must not post content that:
1. Violates intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of copyrighted material.
2. Promotes false or deceptive job offers, misleading opportunities, or fraudulent hiring schemes.
3. Includes hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or inflammatory language.
4. Engages in spam, repetitive promotions, or irrelevant advertisements.
5. Shares confidential, private, or proprietary company information without consent.
g. Reporting & Moderation
1. Users can report posts that violate these terms via the platform’s reporting feature.
2. CoHire.com reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove content without prior notice if it breaches platform policies.
3. Users repeatedly violating social post terms may face temporary or permanent suspension from the platform.
h. No Endorsement by CoHire.com
1. CoHire.com does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated posts.
2. Users must conduct independent verification before acting upon information shared on the platform.
3. CoHire.com is not responsible for business, hiring, or financial decisions influenced by social posts.
i. CoHire.com reserves the right to remove or restrict any content violating these policies and take appropriate action, including   account suspension or termination.
j. Modification of Social Post Terms
CoHire.com reserves the right to modify, update, or remove these terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing any changes  and ensuring compliance with updated guidelines.

15. User Contracts & Business Transactions Terms
a. Users engaging in business transactions, including but not limited to hiring, freelancing, consulting, or any form of monetization through CoHire.com, must enter into legally binding agreements independently.
b. CoHire.com does not participate in, facilitate, or mediate any contracts, agreements, or transactions between users.
c. Users acknowledge that any financial transactions, revenue-sharing, employment, or service agreements made between parties are their sole responsibility.
d. CoHire.com is not liable for any financial loss, disputes, contractual breaches, or damages resulting from transactions between users.
e. Users are encouraged to seek professional legal assistance before entering into agreements with other parties on the platform.
f. CoHire.com reserves the right to take action, including restricting or blocking accounts, against users who engage in fraudulent business activities or violate the terms of use.

16. Bench Sales & Staffing Management Terms
a. Staffing managers utilizing CoHire.com for lead generation and resource deployment must maintain proper documentation, contracts, and agreements with hiring entities.
b. CoHire.com only provides a platform for lead generation, however, CoHire.com is not directly responsible for validating, verifying, or to endorse staffing arrangements or contracts between users.
c. Each post will be active for 30 days from the date of posting the bench resource on CoHire.com. Post the agreed duration the user will no longer be able to modify the bench resource details.
d. Each lead will be active for 30 days from the date of the user expressing interest in the bench resource. Post the agreed duration users will not be able to interact using the chat function in the bench sales module.
e. In the event the subscription expires, user will need to renew or upgrade to access the premium features.
f. The company or individual posting a bench resource is responsible for ensuring that the resource details are accurate and legally compliant.
g. CoHire.com is not responsible for any financial loss, contract failure, or non-payment related to bench sales or staffing agreements between users.
h. Staffing managers must comply with all applicable labor laws, industry standards, and contractual obligations when deploying resources through the platform.
i. CoHire.com reserves the right to take action against any staffing managers who engage in unethical practices, such as misrepresentation, data misuse, or contract violations.

17. Responsibility for Third-Party Integrations
a. CoHire.com may integrate with third-party software or services for enhanced functionality.
b. Users acknowledge that third-party integrations are governed by their respective terms and conditions, and CoHire.com is not responsible for their performance or data security.

18. External Links & Third-Party Software Disclaimer
a. The platform may contain links to third-party websites. CoHire.com does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, security, or policies of such websites.
b. Users should exercise caution when accessing third-party content and verify its legitimacy before sharing personal or financial information.

19. Service Availability & Support
a. CoHire.com strives to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
b. Scheduled maintenance and system upgrades may result in temporary unavailability, and users will be notified in advance where possible.
c. CoHire.com is not responsible for any losses incurred due to service downtime.
d. Users can reach out to https://cohire.webflow.io/contact for support inquiries or technical assistance.

20. Intellectual Property & Platform Protection
a. Copying, replicating, or mimicking CoHire.com’s platform features, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
b. Any unauthorized use of the platform’s design, features, or functionalities shall result in legal action, including civil claims, injunctions, and other remedies.
c. CoHire.com reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against violators.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties
a. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
b. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

22. Limitation of Liability
a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

23. Changes to Terms
a. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
b. We will notify users of material changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
b. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

25. Profile Suspension or Termination
a. By accessing or using CoHire.com, users agree to fully comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the platform.
b. Any violation, misuse, or non-compliance may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user’s profile, at the sole discretion of CoHire.com.
c. CoHire.com shall not be held liable for any loss of data, content, or access resulting from such suspension or termination.
